haha, I've been saying this for the past few months now and have been driving my husband and friends who are currently finishing up college programs up the wall. They don't want summer to come (because then they have to get jobs) and I can't wait for summer to be over so I can quit my job and start nursing school!
So far I haven't heard anything from the school in terms of what I need to have done before the start of classes. I think I've figured out the basics from the school website, but I emailed them today to find out for sure. Hopefully they don't take forever and a day to email me back.
I'm signing up for my CPR class this weekend. It starts on May 22nd and thankfully runs only one day. Mind you it's ALL day... 8am until 430pm, but whatever. It'll be fun just to do some hands on stuff and it takes on a whole new meaning now versus the last few times I've done it. I really need to know this stuff now, it's not just something I have to do to pass a course. Me knowing this info could possibly mean life for death for someone down the road... it's quite the eye-opener.
At any rate, that's my ramble for the day... more to come as the countdown to Nursing school begins!
